Jill Dean, Senior Physiotherapist and Practice Owner

Mill Hill Physio is owned by Senior Physiotherapist Jill Dean.

A long-term Mill Hill resident, Jill has a wealth of experience in treating City workers as well as rehabilitating elite sports participants, including professional rugby and football players, track and field athletes, netball, hockey and golf players. Jill has been involved in screening and treating junior GB swimmers and water polo players.

Jill specialises in back, neck and joint problems including pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation and arthritic conditions.

After qualifying at Kings College Hospital London, Jill worked for the NHS for 7 years before moving to the private sector at London Bridge Hospital.

Jill set up her first physiotherapy clinic, Physio in the City, at Cannons Health Club, Cannon Street, London. Over the next 17 years, Jill expanded the business to form a network of clinics in Cannon Street, Canary Wharf, Docklands, Paddington, West End, Wimbledon, Sutton and Cheam.

In October 2017 Jill sold Physio in the City to a nationwide Physiotherapy chain and now is starting afresh closer to home!

Still an active sportswoman, Jill was a member of the British Women’s Gymnastics Squad, a Gymnastics coach and Aerobics Instructor, and now keeps fit by visiting the gym, running and swimming regularly.

Jill is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), the Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice (Physio First) and is registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC)
